Proper care and disposal of spent laser barrels

Section 1 - For the purposes of this mandate, 'Spent laser barrel' shall be defined as a laser barrel of any clearance which has used part or all of its ammunition as per the barrel's Recommended Available Ammunition Rating (RAAR). 'Overspent laser barrel' shall be defined as a laser barrel of any clearance which has been used past its RAAR. 'Unrecoverable laser barrel' shall be defined as a laser barrel of any clearance which is damaged beyond repair and cannot be reloaded to part or all of its RAAR.
Section 2 - Any spent laser barrel shall be reclaimed and submitted to BarrelBoys AF or the nearest Armed Forces service firm along with form AF3235-44/f 'Receipt for Spent Laser Barrel Donation (Operable).' Citizens turning in a spent laser barrel must present their ME Card for identification purposes. A 10cr finder's fee shall be uploaded to the citizen's account plus an additional 2cr for each shot left unspent according to that barrel's RAAR.
Section 3 - Any overspent laser barrel shall be reclaimed with an approved Powerhazard Containment Vessel (PCV) rated L or higher and submitted to Ex-Caliber Personnel or the nearest Armed Forces service firm along with form AF3235-45/b 'Receipt for Spent Laser Barrel Donation (Overspent)' and form AF3235-45/c 'Overspent Explanation for Laser Barrels (Clerance Independent).' Citizens turning in an overspent laser barrel must present their ME Card for identification purposes. A 10cr finder's fee shall be uploaded to the citizen's account minus an additional 20cr for each shot overspent according to that barrel's RAAR. A fine of 40cr will be assessed to any citizen who does not utilize the correct PCV class for containment of the overspent laser barrel.
Section 4 - Any unrecoverable laser barrel must be recovered and submitted to the nearest Quality Control AF office along with form AF3775-11/a 'Disabled Ammunition Questionnaire (Laser Barrel)' and form AF3775-12/c 'Waiver Request for Willful Destruction of Armed Forces Equipment Punishments.' Citizens turning in an unrecoverable laser barrel must present their ME Card for identification purposes. A 10cr finder's fee shall be uploaded to the citizen's account upon approval of forms AF3775-11/a and AF3775-11/c. If either form is denied, a fee of 240cr shall be assessed to the citizen in question and Internal Security will be notified as per mandate DMIS402.64/b.
Section 5 - Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4 may be modified according to the security clearance of the citizen submitting the laser barrel or the citizen receiving the laser barrel. If either citizen is found to be a Communist, a mutant, or any other form of traitor, all conditions of this mandate shall be null and void pending an investigation by Internal Security and Armed Forces.
